Summer Reading Programs

Allen Public Library - 300 N. Allen Drive, Allen, TX 75013

Offers children's programs throughout the summer including storytime, book clubs, acitvities, and summer movies. Check the website and look at he calendar of events.

Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Program

Read an 8 books and record them in the Reading Journal. Bring the completed Reading Journal to your local Barnes and Noble. Choose a FREE BOOK form their selection on the Reading Journal list at the store.

Half Price Books - Feed Your Brain Summer Readng Program

Read for at least 15 minutes each day in the months of June and July. Once you've read 300 minutes, turn in your completed log to earn HPB Bookworm Bucks for each month.

Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge

Choose what you want to read, then read as many minutes as you can! Log your minutes to enter summer sweepstakes.
