This year begins my 18th working in public education. Every year brings new friends and adventures.

My husband and I have been married 34 years. We have lived in Lucas for the past ten years and love living among the new families and all the farm animals. Our pack of dogs still number "five" but there is always room for one more.

Our two children are now grown. Our son just accepted a position at TX A&M teaching in the Veterinary School. I see many travels down I45 in my future to cheer on the Aggies. Our daughter lives in Uptown Dallas and loves the single life Dallas has to offer. Our children are the focal point of our lives and our time together is very precious.
