Hello everyone!

My name is Ariel Wommack. (Yes, like the Little Mermaid) I am thrilled for my fifth year at Hart Elementary teaching kindergarten!

I believe that Kindergarten is truly a wondrous year for learning and discovery. I am excited for all of our new adventures and times of discovery!

 I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary studies for elementary education.  I earned my Masters degree in Library Science with public school librarianship certification at the University of North Texas in August of 2016.

I am now engaged and planning my wedding for this spring to my fiance Troy, a government teacher at Mckinney High. We have a cat named Tux. We live in Allen. When we aren't teaching, we love to camp, read and hangout with our friends.

I am so excited to be apart of this amazing community of learners!
