Courtney Alford

Hi! My name is Courtney Alford and I am a teacher at Hart Elementary. This is my 19th year as a teacher. I have taught 3 years in first grade, 10 years in third grade, and this is the beginning of my 6th year in second grade. I am a class of 2000 Plano Senior High graduate and a class of 2004 East Texas Baptist University graduate. I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Education EC-4 with a specialization in English/Language Arts grades 4-8.

I have been married for 15 years and have an 12 year old son. I also have an 9 year old chihuahua and a two year old Catahoula Leopard puppy. I love education and can't wait to get this year started.
